Current Service Model
As of the date of this policy, all courses and educational content on the Vylorix platform are available free of charge. No payment is required to access any part of our learning materials. Accordingly, there are currently no purchases, subscriptions, or fees to which a refund policy would apply.
Future Paid Services
Vylorix may in the future introduce optional paid services, such as premium course content, printed materials, or one-on-one tutoring sessions. Should such services be introduced, the following refund principles will apply:
Digital Course Content
If a fee is introduced for digital course access, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the learner has not yet completed more than 30% of the paid course. After this period or completion threshold, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Physical Products
If any physical products (such as printed course guides) are offered in future, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Tutoring or Coaching Sessions
If individual tutoring sessions are offered in future, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no charge; a second cancellation within 48 hours will forfeit the session fee.

Consumer Protection
